Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) founded 1945 is a charity that operates small aircraft in developing countries where distances are long, roads are difficult to travel or there are no roads. MAF operates a worldwide fleet of over 130 aircraft. Many development, mission, church and aid organisations including Unicef, WHO, and WFP use MAF services to help education and healh care development. MAF also flies ambulance flights and is frequently organising catastrophe response using its aircraft. MAF Finland is a member of MAF International.
